Where are they now?

Pretty cool to follow Arizona players through their post prep careers but to look back at certain Arizona based amateur teams who stayed together while amateurs and all moved on and had a significant impact on college baseball is hard to do. When done it’s extremely rare to see every player of a team having success at the next level. The group below as prep players, college players and in some cases professionally – are simply amazing!

May I present the 2012 Angels Scout team - Directed by longtime baseball scout, John Gracio, coached by Rich Barker, Dorian Speed and Alex Celis at 18u and Tony Downs and Jeromie Spillman at 16u – incredible group that will continue to make their mark for years to come!
