Geneva College

I want to take a moment to introduce Geneva College and Coach Al Sumner.

Geneva College is a NCAA D3 school located near Pittsburgh, PA and is a Christian college with very high academic rigor. They have great programs in Engineering, Business, Criminal Justice and Education among others and are just starting a new Nursing program but they have a lot of academic offerings to choose from so I am confident you'd find your major there.

One of the amazing things about Geneva is that their employment/graduate school placement upon graduation is almost 100% across all majors.

It is 100% in Engineering!

Their main focus in the 2018 class are pitchers, middle infielders and an outfielder but still seek more offense and are wide open in the 2019 and 2020 classes right now - so I encourage you to reach out.

For all 2018 shortstops, they are in need of a shortstop that could compete from day one to be their starting shortstop. So think of this ... playing everyday for four years with a 100% chance of getting a job upon graduation. That's opportunity!

They love two way guys so if you are ale to pitch and play a position this could be a chance to continue doing both (and still graduate with a job)
